Every Authorized Repair Shop receives its own password to enter into the internet programme assist4web.bredamenarinibus.it and can notify, in real time, vehicles’ failures and problems.

By filling-up some forms, the Authorized Repair Shop is simply guided in completing the claim, giving specific information such as date, run kilometres, bus part number, technical data, description of the problem (for ex. to the engine, the doors, the speed gear) or indication of the code number of a component to be substituted.

As a consequence the claim is immediately processed by the system, that starts some operative instructions, registered in BredaMenarinibus’ data bank and constantly monitored.
