Customer service

BredaMenarinibus takes care of your vehicles with care and competence to satisfy your needs and ensure maximum efficiency, availability and duration.
The core of the organization consists of BredaMenarinibus Customer Service, which uses its own official network of Authorized Regional Service Centers (CARS) and Dealers, distributed in Italy and abroad.
CARS and Dealers manage all activities in the area of after-sales as requested by Customer Service, operating either directly or through subnets of authorized workshops recognized by BredaMenarinibus.
Training and ongoing supervision, support, customer care and use of web-based technologies, provide a high capacity of service to the network , and at the same time give back to Customer Service a constant flow of information on the vehicles' performance and user's needs.
At BredaMenarinibus CARS and Dealers your needs will be heard and will be answered.

News
To better meet the needs of users, Customer Service has launched two new services for customers and the network:

Service Portal
Available since October 5th 2010, allows the interactive and transversal viewing of parts catalog and manuals.
In addition to access and on-line navigation, different functions are available that allow you to search and compile purchase estimates, either by selecting items from the catalogue or by typing them directly.
To access to the portal you must register in the reserved area.

Helpdesk
Operative since September 15th 2010, is available for customers and networks to provide
